![]() this last year they have started to put in ads to view for “township dollars” to be able to be used in the mining, etc. I have been playing this game for at least 7-8 years. But be wary if you purchase tCash and don’t use it in the side games. If you want to play this game, it is fun. In my opinion, the developers have changed the once fun challenges to challenges that brings them more money. ![]() Additionally, many of the “match three” levels severely limit the amount of moves one has so that one is forced to buy more moves in order to complete that level. When one is trying to get three same color balls, for example, the game seldom allows three similar colors to fall near one another. The “match three” games are extremely weighted against the player. Unfortunately, the developers have made the “match three” games (the smaller challenge games) extremely difficult to win (even with 4-5 tries on one level) unless one pays tCash in order to receive additional moves. The smaller side games are tied to the larger, several week challenges such that in order to advance in the larger challenge one has to complete the smaller side challenges. These side games are part of a longer 3-4 week challenge game where one has to complete tasks, some daily some longer, in order to win additional prizes such as larger train cars, power ups or skins (skins make trains or planes look different). Most recently, however, the Playrix developers have changed the side games (such as Secret Garden which is a “Match three” type game). There WERE interesting and fun side games that required some degree of skill in order to win prizes. Once purchased this tCash can be spent throughout the game. In some cases a player can buy what is known as tCash. When I started this game it what an interesting game which taught one about farming, trade, exchanging products for moneys and growing a community. A lot of other players are complaining about the same thing. If I knew they were going to change the game four years ago, I would not have wasted my time and money to start with it. If you calculate all of the purchases you will have to make over (let's say) 5 years, merely to advance/finish in the game, you will realize that you have spent a small fortune - for what? I feel cheated. I am on level 111 after 1400 days of playing between 4 and 6 hours per day, and if I do not purchase cash, it is nearly always impossible to finish the mini games. The only reason one would persist in spending this huge amounts of money, is because one wants to try and finish the game faster. The rewards you get for competing in the mini games with your purchases, is not worth it. It is LOADS of money if you add it all up every month. I know the developers has to make money out of the game, but what they are doing lately (indirectly forcing you to spend money to be able to complete various mini games), is absurd and definitely not reasonable. Even if you play 6 hours straight every day, you will not finish the in-app mini games if you do not spend loads of money to buy Township Cash (Green money). But, recently you have to spend A LOT of money to get somewhere in the game. I could play the game and spend some money to advance faster to higher levels. Up to recently, I really enjoyed the game. I have been playing Township for 1400+ days every single day.
